Built by a founder who understands operations.

Varun Logix is founder-led by Varun Doddapaneni, who started the company on a simple thesis: most growing brands struggle with fulfillment not for lack of options, but because the options are too rigid, too opaque, or not built for operational clarity.

His operations experience shapes how the company is built — margin-aware, process-driven, and grounded in unit economics. Varun personally designs the warehouse operations, pricing, and systems, scaling infrastructure only after demand is secured rather than chasing inflated claims. The first warehouse is being set up in Hyderabad.
